TEA Cosmology

“A cosmology of immanent presence, where inner landscapes, natural forces, and awareness form a living world inside experience.”

TEA is a cosmology of immanent presence. It understands experience as a living world shaped by inner landscapes, natural forces, and a subtle coherence that cannot be grasped but can be felt. Awareness moves through this terrain not as an observer standing apart, but as a participant inside a living field.

In this cosmology, the inner world is not symbolic but alive. The terrain responds, opens, and shifts. Guidance arises not from will or imagination but from a deeper coherence that reveals itself through atmosphere, movement, and invitation. The traveller’s task is not to command the landscape but to listen to it.

Spiritual maturity in TEA is the capacity to navigate this living terrain. It involves trusting the atmosphere, discerning the difference between self-impulse and genuine guidance, and responding to the invitations of the moment, including the invitation to wait. Mistaking personal desire for divine movement is the root of spiritual confusion; learning to recognise the difference is the heart of the path.

TEA is a universal practice grounded in a theistic cosmology. You do not need to share the theology to benefit from the practice, but the cosmology provides the depth, safety, and integrity that make the practice what it is.
