At a decision point and unsure how to move forward?
I work with people who want to take responsibility for the lives they are choosing but feel blocked.
About Me
I work with adults who are at a decision point and want the clarity they need to move forward.
My work is for people who recognise that they have recurring patterns, self-sabotage, or avoidance and who are ready to take responsibility for changing how they are operating, rather than endlessly analysing why they feel the way they do.
I offer online sessions to clients across the UK, with in-person sessions available by prior arrangement in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
How I Work
This is not open-ended support. My work focuses on understanding how you are currently allocating your energy, time, and attention, identifying the patterns shaping your decisions, and turning insight into deliberate action.
Sessions prioritise clarity, responsibility, and direction.
That means:
We look at patterns, not just symptoms
We focus on choice not diagnosis
We treat insight as a starting point, not an endpoint
I provide a calm, focused space to think clearly, without collusion or rescue. Alongside my main practice, I create a series of reflective card sets — small passion projects that bring me both enjoyment and clarity. Each deck grows out of my own curiosity about how we think, feel, and stay connected to what matters.
So far, I’ve developed The Stillness Suite, a set for grounding contemplation, and The Commitment Deck, designed to help you think through your goals and stay the course. I’m currently working on Creative Saboteurs, a deck that explores hidden ego traps and the ways we hold ourselves back. Over time, I plan to add new collections focused on themes such as self‑esteem and other aspects of personal growth. Links to each set will appear to the left of the footer below as they’re completed.

Ready to Take the Next Step?
A first session is used to understand how you are currently operating, clarify what actually needs attention, and decide whether ongoing work together makes sense. There is no obligation to continue.
