“I help adults understand how they’re using their energy, attention, and inner resources — and support them in making deliberate choices that align with their own sovereignty.”

About Me

I work with adults who are at a decision point, people who want to take responsibility for the lives they are choosing, but feel blocked, tangled, or pulled away from themselves.

My work is for those who recognise recurring patterns, self-sabotage, or avoidance, and who are ready to change how they are operating rather than endlessly analysing why they feel the way they do.

As an integrative counsellor and emotional architect, I help you see how you are allocating your energy, time, and attention, and support you in making deliberate, grounded choices about what needs to change.

I offer online sessions across the UK, with in-person sessions available by prior arrangement in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. International clients are welcome to enquire. I consider overseas work individually so that the work is held ethically and supported through appropriate supervision and regulatory clarity.

How I Work

This is not open-ended support. My work focuses on sovereignty, clarity, and grounded agency.

Together we look at how you are currently operating, identify the patterns shaping your decisions, and turning insight into deliberate action at a pace that respects your capacity.

This means:

  • Working with patterns, not just symptoms

  • Focusing on choice and sovereignty, not diagnosis

  • Treating insight as the beginning of change, not the end

I provide a calm, steady space to think clearly, without rescue, collusion or being reduced to a label.

Alongside my counselling practice, I design contemplative card sets and reflective tools. These small creative projects grow out of my curiosity about how we think, feel and stay connected to what matters.

So far, I’ve developed The Stillness Suite, a set for grounding contemplation, and The Commitment Deck, designed to help you think through your goals and stay the course. I’m currently working on Creative Saboteurs, a deck exploring hidden ego traps and the ways we hold ourselves back. More collections will follow, each rooted in clarity and sovereignty.

Alongside my counselling work, I’m developing a series of reflective assessments that help clients understand their emotional architecture. The first explores the Three Zones, how you’re currently operating, and the second looks at the streams or functions that shape your patterns and choices. These assessments are part of a developing TEA Framework rooted in a living ecology. TEA offers a gentle, structured way to gain clarity before or alongside therapeutic work.

‘Emotional architecture’ is the inner structure that shapes how we think, choose, relate, and respond. It includes the patterns, beliefs, responsibilities, and meaning‑making systems that influence our emotional experience, without being limited to emotions themselves. I help clients understand the architecture around their emotions, the patterns, responsibilities, and meaning structures that shape how they feel and why.
